Dr. Shannon Chavez is a renowned clinical psychologist based in Los Angeles. She specializes in integrating behavioral health and holistic wellness in her approach to sexual health.  With over a decade of experience, she is dedicated to helping individuals achieve mental, emotional, and physical health through innovative, evidence-based therapies.

Dr. Chavez earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and completed post-doctoral training in Sex Addiction/Compulsivity at the Institute of Sexual Health in Beverly Hills. Her clinical interests include anxiety and stress management, depression, and treating sexual concerns using a mind-body approach, with a particular focus on integrating nutritional and physical health into mental health practices.

Dr. Chavez frequently speaks at conferences and workshops and is committed to public education and advocacy for mental health awareness.
